Meet The Team
Emily Griffins
Special Treatment Advisor
I previously worked as a make up artist for MAC cosmetics. I've always wanted to be a make up artist since the age of 7. When I was younger, I used to look in the mirror and play with my mum's make up all the time.
As soon as I was old enough to wear make up outside the house, I started creating different make up looks on friends and family for different events. I love the idea of being able to create a particular look or mood using make up. I find it so fascinating.
As I was eager to qualify as a beautician, in 2015 I studied an NVQ Level 3 in Beauty. I now have over 7 years experience working in the sales department for several popular cosmetic retail giants. I love advising clients on how to improve their looks and accentuate their facial features.

I began my career in the education sector and after completing my A-levels I went onto study a BA in Education. Which then led to completing a Post-graduate Certificate in Education (PGCE) in 2008. After completing my PGCE in 2009, I worked in several mainstream schools and private schools across London for over 10 years, where I then worked my way up the career ladder as Assistant Headteacher.
As well as enjoying teaching, I've always been very creative and had a passion for "all things beauty". So, in 2018, I decided to embark on a Beauty course, which then led me to set up a semi-permanent make up (mobile) treatment service. Although exhausted from a long week of teaching and leading a large team, on the weekends I would travel around London and perform Microblading treatments. Before long my business grew rapidly.
I am now a proud owner of a successful Semi-Permanent Makeup business. Whilst, my journey has been incredibly exhausting and required hard-work and determination throughout, I wouldn't change my journey for the world!
Judith Rodriguez

"A caballo regalado, no le mires el diente" is a popular spanish saying which I live by, which ultimately means to "be grateful for things in life".
I studied beauty back home in Argentina in 2016. I worked as a freelance make up artist, where my client base was mainly providing a make-up service for Hen and bridal parties. I find it so fulfilling when I am able to make someone feel better about themselves. It's so empowering.
In 2022 I travelled to the UK, where I took a Semi-permanent course and I fell in love with the treatments. I loved the fact that people can literally wake up looking and feeling beautiful after a Semi-Permanent treatment. I joined the Alivia K Wood Team in the summer of 2022 and I couldn't be more happy. It's a great place to work, we are like a small family that have the same aspirations!
