What is Semi-Permanent Eyeliner?
Semi-Permanent Eyeliner enhances eyes without the need to apply additional make up. Semi-permanent eyeliner provides you with a smudge-free semi-permanent makeup line on the eyeline to highlight the natural beauty of the eyes. Semi-Permanent eyeliner is carefully performed using a digital machine to deposit pigment into the eyelash line to enhance your eyes.
